Complete technical support is available for subscribers on a monthly basis. Prices are per-computer and are based on the level of support needed. Packages features are cumulative.
- Basic: 24/7 call support, online ticket-based issue resolution system
- Enhanced: All Basic features, adds remote computer maintenance (requires on-site setup)
- Premium: All Basic and Enhanced features, adds on-site support
Discounts are available for multiple-computer packages, as well as for multiple-month payments.
Non-contract support
Bouncehost is available for single instance support issue resolution.
- Phone support - All prices will be quoted before support is provided. Call our 800-number for more information.
- On-site support - Prices include initial fee, and travel fees, plus normal rate for services provided while on site.
